Monday Musings (meditation)

I’ve been having a hard time meditating lately. I don’t know if it’s just because life’s super busy but I’ve found that guided meditations have helped a lot when I’m unable to quiet my mind and calm my body. I’ve found some really good ones from The Reality Revolution Podcast and Sleep Meditation for Women Podcast. These guided meditations help to focus on their words while soothing music plays in the background. These are great for just before bed or even right when you wake up in the morning. My day just doesn’t feel right when I don’t set time aside to meditate.
