Honolulu Zoo field trip

Our class went on a field trip to the Honolulu Zoo. I work with special needs and it’s always fun to get into the community with our students, and we were so excited when our last field trip to the school was planned. We were blessed with such a beautiful day.

If you’ve ever been to the zoo here, you know that you probably wont be seeing a lot. But today, the animals all came out to greet our kiddos. I wish I could share the looks on their faces, but I wasn’t able to photograph them trust me when I say, they were lit up with smiles. There’s something about seeing these animals that brought so much joy to each kid. It was a great day
