Cajun King Kaneohe

We went here for the seafood and was blown away by how tender the steak was, so much that I asked our waiter what the secret was, because clearly it wasn’t an expensive cut of meat. He told us that it was a secret, but I think what they do is just velvet the meat. But I don’t know how they do it with such a big slab of meat. It was really good though 10/10 recommend.
