Week Pics and a Random Memory

This weekend we took my daughter down to the water behind Cutter Ford Aiea to skip some rocks. Over looking Pearl Harbor it made me remember about the time that Maui had a project on Pearl Harbor so he and I went over there for some information.

While entering the box office area it started pouring rain and I started running to seek shelter and slipped and fell in front of a couple hundred people. For reference I’ve inserted a photo so you can get a better idea of how it all went down.

As we entered instead of going around that tile map on the ground, I ran across it! In the rain! What a dumbass! Hundreds of people were under that sheltered area and witnessed it all. The slip, the slide, the glasses flying off my head, me telling Maui to help me and Maui cracking up so hard that he couldn’t help as much as he wanted to. I don’t get embarrassed easily, but it was pretty embarrassing especially because we still needed to do some research for the project while being surrounded by the witnessed that saw everything.
